Chairman
Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Henry Walker Eltin Group Limited (1989 - 2002), a director of the Minerals Council of Australia, member of the Business Council of Australia and Chairman of the South Australian Resources Task Force. Currently Chairman of Editure Limited and Chancellor of Charles Darwin University. Mr Ryan was made a member of the Order of Australia in 1989 for Services to the Community and was made an Officer of the Order of Australia in 1998 for Services to Indigenous People.
Managing Director
A geologist and geophysicist with extensive knowledge of uranium, base metal, gold and iron ore mineral deposits and mineralizing systems in the Gawler Craton. Formerly Chief Geologist with the SA Geological Survey, he has mapped extensively throughout the Gawler Craton and on Eyre Peninsula and was editor and principle author of several chapters in Volume 1 of the Geology of South Australia. Dr Parker has made a major contribution to the discovery of gold in the Gawler Craton (Nuckulla Hill), the delineation of iron ore resources on Eyre Peninsula and to the enhancement of lead-zinc-silver resources at Menninnie Dam. As a Fulbright Postdoctoral Fellow Dr Parker worked on Lake Superior iron ores in North America.

A professional Mechanical Engineer with postgraduate studies in Business Management and 34 years experience in mining, transport and power station operations. From 1998 till 2003 Mr Althoff was Managing Director of NRG Flinders (now Flinders Power), which owns and operates the Northern and Playford Power Stations at Port Augusta, the Leigh Creek coal mine and the 250km rail operation between Leigh Creek and Port Augusta. During 1997-98, Mr Althoff was General Manager of Torrens Island Power Station and from 1991 to 1997 he managed an in-house engineering and procurement consultancy department within ETSA.

Mr Lim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Honours) from University of London. A professional corporate adviser, Mr Lim ordinarily resides in Singapore and has a strong background in capital markets, and financial and corporate affairs management in South East Asia, and has been involved in a number of major corporate restructuring exercises of listed and unlisted companies in Asia and Australia. Mr Lim was Group Finance Director of CityAxis Holdings Limited (now Indofood Agri Resources Ltd) from 2001 to 2007.

Ms Sze Wan Chan is the Chief Executive Officer of Poan Group Holdings Pty Ltd. She holds a Bachelor Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Ms Chan has spent years in Mainland China to develop her business interest. She has gained extensive connections and significant experience in green energy, natural resources, corporate planning and investor relations.
Ms Chan is the Observer of the Fourth Conference of the States of Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption and the Deputy Secretary of China Charity General Association. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
Deputy Chairman (Non-Executive)
Mr Hung qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, United Kingdom in 1982. He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales ("ICAEW") and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
He has extensive experience in line and corporate management, having served in various senior management and director positions in the companies listed on the Bursa Malaysia (formerly called the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange). Mr Hung is a past Chairman of both Rocklands Richfield Limited, an ASX-listed company and Deputy Chairman of Austex Oil Limited, a USA-focused oil exploration and production company, also listed on the ASX.
